the combination of the hands and laxed faicial expresion really help to give her a sense of serenity. i hate to bitch (it may be a case of the un-enl;arged vertion being too small), but her upper (i think it's the left one) hand looks tiny in comparision tot he ione lying benith it.
the way you've handled the lighting is perticularly nifty. the uniform direction of the lines you've used to shade this 9the fact you've just used lines and lines alone gives this a really clean look) gives the impression of a reall;y confident light source. this, hoever, isn't totaly dominamnt since the lines also act as guides for the contours of her body, giving the image more depth.
